Audit
In order to detect and to solve problems, Excel
makes available of the user a series of tools that allow to track
errors.
Filters
It is the fastest way to show only the elements
that wish to show in a list.
Conditional format
Excel presents/displays an option to give format
to the cells according to certain conditions.
Names of rank
Option that allows to insert names of cells or
ranks to the lists. Of this form the location of these values
for possible functions or formulas becomes simpler.
Panels
An extensive list presents/displays a problem at
the time of reading it or modifying it in the screen: when they
are wanted to see the data that are at the end of the table, the
headings of the columns are lost of Vista, which, makes difficult its
reading.
Special patch
Sometimes, it is needed to copy the value of a
cell without the formula or of copying the formula but not the format
or aspect of the cell; that is to say, to choose the elements of
the rank to copy. This possibility provides the special Patch.
Validation
It restricts the entrances of cell to numbers,
dates or hours within the specified limits.
