The arrival of the optical fiber until the home requires, in addition to the installation that makes the company that distributes the signal, of a payment on the part of the user of the service that guarantees the correct distribution of the signal. The installation within the home has to include sufficient wiring and takings: in each room a minimum of two takings is recommended. In addition this inner installation has to fulfill the ISO11801 (Ë category). The installation has to unite two points nobodies of the house, to fulfill any topology of network, being of the same characteristics and to fulfill the international standards and to be of simple handling.
The entry point to the home of the optical fiber is made by means of a denominated equipment the UN (Optical Unit Network) that is the one in charge to adapt the signals optical and to communicate with the power station (OLT) extracting the information destined to the user who connects him and separating it of the rest of the plot that circulates around the fiber.
